- Authorization Call to Insurance Carrier (if applicable.)
- Initial Evaluation by Physical Therapist within 24 Hours
- Initial Evaluation Report within 24 Hours of Evaluation
- 1st Treatment within 24 Hours of Evaluation
- Regular Progress Reports, Bi-Monthly or Upon Request
- Final Report Sent within 24 Hours, after End of Treatment
